PREP COOK (Part-Time)

We pride ourselves on beginning with fresh from scratch ingredients and creating a top-notch menu straight from our kitchen. We are looking for an experienced and passionate cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing fresh meals in a commercial kitchen, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking directions well and multi-tasking effectively.   • Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to prepare meals during our dining hours
  • Maintain accurate food inventories

WAITSTAFF / KITCHENHAND (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Our busy restaurant is looking for a friendly and competent server to make sure our diners have a memorable experience. Since the quality of our service is crucial to our success, the ideal candidate should possess clear communication skills, patience and attentiveness. You should be adept at working in fast-paced, unpredictable environments. You must be able to think on your feet and work well with the entire staff, from the cooks to the other servers. The successful applicant will be able to use the cash register, re-stock items, keep the diner clean and tidy, provide superior guest service and make certain the dining experience, from the food to the environment, meets the standards of our patrons.


  • Greet customers upon entrance
  • Prepare dining tables by arranging condiments, kitchenware and decorations
  • Help patrons select dishes by answering questions about foods and drinks, describing house specials and identifying appropriate dishes
  • Take orders to kitchen staff and notify them of any special requests or dietary needs
  • Deliver food to guests in a timely manner and attend to the needs of guests throughout the dining process
  • Issue bills and obtain payment
  • Assist kitchen team when necessary. Might include: food prep for chef/cook as requested, help with inventory, polish cutlery, tidy up dishes, etc.
